I have been amusing myself by responding in verse since they removed the satire thread. Its only fair since btcb has been allowed to continue to insult everyone with his posts, they can't remove my poem posts because they don't break the TOS.

so very true, what you say, yet Inmate refuses to go away. each time I hear his whiney voice, I wish that the DP'd been a choice. he is a con man through and through, only his puppet wife would argue. he'll rot inside his prison cell, when he's dead we'll give a happy yell! Love it! -- Edited by Spamela at 12/05/2006 1:45 PM

yes, I think it was allowed. However, I'm not sure I like the idea that a monster like him was allowed out even under heavy security.

In one of Inmate's writings, I recall he claimed that a friendly warden allowed him out to visit his dying mother. Do you think this actually happened? I saw in the BOP's guidelines that this is actually possible, but do you think that it was allowed for Inmate? -- Edited by Deb B at 12/05/2006 6:40 AM

I think it incredible that Inmate still is able to con people - especially Prison officials. they should be immune to the stories and tales told by the cons.

Spamela: That's for sure. MacDonald has apparently lived a pretty cozy life for a man who killed 2 young children and a pregnant woman. He has been left alone in every prison system he has been in, the Warden at Sheridan took a liking to him, and he was able to sneak in a few intimate activities with female visitors in the late 1980's. Fortunately, the Paul Stombaugh's of the world were able to analyze the evidence, and point out to 12 jurors how MacDonald attempted to get away with murder. Justthefacts.

> > You can argue that he's Guilty and that therefore the > ends justify the means , but that's not the way our > Justice System is supposed to work If you want to get worked up about how the justice system does not work, how about something more meaninful like the treatement of blacks, native americans, minorities, etc? There are innocent people who got bad deals from the justice department. You don't think that your boy got a fair deal? Oh well. I think for a man who brutalized two children and his wife, he got a pretty good deal, in that he is still alive to whine about it. Was he ever attacked in jail? Was he anyone's favorite girlfriend? Is his prison cherry still intact? Seems like his life could be a lot worse for murdering his family. He lived a free man while his family's corpses decayed in their caskets. YOU don't like his trial? I suggest you find a cause worth caring about that does not involve a lying, cheating, murdering sociopath.

Plexus: The impact of the forensic evidence on both a real and mythical jury, has been explained by a number of posters in every way imaginable, so why don't I go back to the original focus of this thread. The late Paul Stombaugh simply kicked butt at the 1979 trial. MacDonald even admitted that, "Stombaugh is the reason I'm here," so let's tip a glass in the memory of a man who helped to put a psychopath behind bars for the rest of his miserable life. Justthefacts.
