Cfile as you said yourself 'they weren't there'. So in all actuality you have no idea what the movie was based on. Come clean now. Why did they leave out the part about our military shooting down the plane? You obviously don't know what your talking about. Here's another website for you and all your neocon buddies to peruse, and again I can't stress enough, EDUCATE YOURSELF. Or will you continue to be the good little sheep. It was the good little sheep that let Germany be taken over by Hitler. http://www.scholarsfor911truth.org

""It wasn't that fictionalized crap you saw on tv the other night."" This is a direct quote from "Rockclimber". Maybe he should crawl back under his favorite rock! I just saw a great special on Larry King Live/CNN tonight, and they had several family members and actors from the movie there. They all said the movie was incredibly realistic. In fact, one woman said they were interviewed extensively by the screenwriter for Flight 93, and a lot of the original dialogue and content of the Flight 93 phone calls from the plane to loved ones were incorporated into the script. The movie was apparently based on the CVR tapes also, and is incredibly realistic considering they had to piece together what actually happened. Flight 93 is hardly "fictionalized crap". They did a pretty darn good job considering they weren't there!

I watched Flight 93 on the night that it first aired, and I must say that it got me all fired up once more. I think that it's wonderful that A&E decided to run this original movie, just to remind the people of this great nation once more of the tragedy of that horrible day. Lots of people have forgotten about all of the innocent lives that were taken on that day. All of the people on the planes that struck the WTC,and the Pentagon, as well as the people that died and were injured in these buildings never had any idea that they were about to die, thus making them innocent victims of what took place. On the other hand, the passengers aboard Flight 93, all knew what had taken place with the other doomed flights. This knowlage put them in the position of being able to do something about their plight. There is no way of knowing how many more lives they saved by their efforts on that day, so to me, they are all heros, and I will never, ever forget what they did. I'm sure that God holds a very special place in Heaven for just such people, and I hope that their families are very proud of them. I'm sure they are. May God bless each and every one of them. A&E did an outstanding job in depicting the horrific event of American history. The passengers and crew were heroes in every sense of the word. The families of all, God bless them for having to deal with such tremendous grief and loss. Those who gave the support on the ground, all gave those passengers the peace of mind they needed to perform such an heroic act. What a statement of the REAL American spirit!!

You have no clue what happened on that day in that plane. Check out infowars.com for what really happened on 9-11. It wasn't that fictionalized crap you saw on tv the other night.

I believe that the crew and passengers of United Flight 93 were and are heroes. They gave their lives early, not thinking of their own mortality. Those planes were sent to demolish our democratic society. And had those passengers and flight crew not decided to take the plane down on their terms, a LOT more American lives would have been lost. As for those of you saying that the flight attendants are at fault for knocking or the pilot's are at fault for opening that door, keep something in mind. At that point, the people on Flight 93 did not know about the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center or the Pentagon. They did not know that this flight was doomed in the beginning. They did what any human being would do, tried to stay alive. It was only after the cell phone and air phone calls to family members that they learned of the terrible tragedies that had already befallen this wonderful country. And they decided to stop the terrorists from reaching their ultimate target. That is something I think seems to have been lost somewhere along the way. The people on that Flight were HEROES in the truest sense of the word.
