I Love Mrs. Mason!!!! She is real as hell!!! And plus she handling her business. As a memphis native myself, I am proud of the homicide squad. and Oh my gosh I so Love, love, LOVE Lt. Armstrong!!! He's the finest!!! Keep up the good work Ms. Mason!!

Say what you will about her style, but she has a way of making a person confess..matter of fact they should show more of her and her team..I don't see anything wrong with the way she dresses, besides, she's one the best at her job and that's all the counts..check out "unmasked" for proof

That phrase can't be further from the truth. It seems that she is very secure in what she is and who she is and it is apparent that some people have a issue with that. Nonetheless, it is there issue they need to address. It is refreshing to see her carryout her job and remain a strong female in a male dominated profession. In my opinion, we need more DET. MASON'S on every police force.

Yea she can sometimes be annoying but she does get her criminals though, so u can't blame her for acting like that. What really gets me is how she got the same hair style all the time but funny how she'll sit and do her hair when she ready to go and get the bad guy, lol.

My boyfriend feels the way some of you do, he really thinks that Det. Mason is "Doing too Much". I on the other hand think that it's great, men always give women a hard time in all industries. To see a women (black at that!!) doing her thing, and going as hard as the male detectives, I love it!!! She just proves the point that you don't have to be a "Butch" to be a female cop. She keeps it real, "Come on, stop sh*ting me!!" yep she keeps it real and looking good. Go head Det. Mason with your bad self....

Yes, i agree she is a DIVA. with gap teeth..she is always focused on how she looks all the time..one episode she was getting ready to go pick up a suspect and before she left out the building she was curling her hair and putting on make-up, i was thinking no one else is going to be looking at yo round tail!!!! she is very vain..

yes, detective mason annoy the hell out of me to!
she dresses as though she going to a night club, these are crime scenes. Because she knows shes on tv she over dresses. who the hell needs j-lo glasses to go find a witness or go on a crime scene she talks as if she has no teeth, and she's got a nasty looking mouth, damn! i cant stand hearing her talk cause i cant understand a damn thing she's saying.....sorry i'm not a hater, just keeping it real!!!!!

Gee, this conversation reminds me of - 3RD GRADE. When kids didn't verbally assault one another, they just passed around notes saying things like, "check here if you don't like so-and-so"
Ever hear of the Golden Rule? Treat others as you would like them to treat you?
or how about this one, "If you can't say anything nice, DON'T say anything at all."
Perhaps she doesn't have the same quality as Joe Schilaci did, but is that any reason to come onto one of her workplaces and dis her?

Thick chick got it going on, she is very professional and doesn't have a problem asking the tough questions. she is very focused and doesn't quit until she gets the confession. You can't hate her for doing her job.

I happen to think Det Mason is a beautiful lady. She doesn't annoy me at all, and I look forward to seeing her in the episodes that features her team. I happen to have respect for all of the homicide detectives in this series, and you have to take into account the type of job they perform, and I will give them a pass on the being annoying thing. No, I don't know anyone associated with the show, but am a fan of it.

Detective Caroline Mason does her job and that is all that should matter. There has been so much diagolue about this Sista and why? She is not on tv to be liked or disliked, she is on tv to do her job and she does it with her hair, nails and attire tight. I ain't mad at Detective Mason. I know she will continue to do her thang, looking good and catching the criminals.

It sounds like me someone is jealous..........don't even try to prove ur point to that idiot.........her tenure as a police officer speaks volume to me....if she wants to dress well.....run around in her birthday suit....to solve her cases...........than she can be my guess.......I watch all the females that r shown from the department....they all dress to the nines........not like Sgt. Mason...but hell, I would too....if i knew my face was going to be shown on national tv every Thursday.......
