As soone as that movie *hit* me I couldn't believe the powerful emotions I had. He killed thousands and thousands of people and it makes me twitch to think of it. He let his troops suffer cold and annihilation. He loved only himself. He laughed at people behind their backs. Hard too. His advisors were wimpy, ridiculous, nincompoops. He thought he ruled life and everything in it. People under him didn't really know the full force of his mind and ferociousness. I think Josephine did. She knew he was literally out of his mind. She tried to warn him. She underestimated in my mind though his lack of courageousness had he really been under fire. He thought he was brave, but this was only when he had his troops around him. You can't fight something you can't see and that was the spirit of the good country men. To bad they didn't catch on to him sooner so they could have mad him run crying to the hills. Had I been Josephine I would have asked them to make sure that he stayed away and stayed away for good and that all of his minions understood what this meant for them.

these threads aren't to old to respond to. I checked out Napolean, what a Hitler he was! No wonder he died lonely and weird.

Why not check out Napoleon I've got 15 minutes to kill? More than 5 hours later I'm still rivited to the tube. This will make a great addition to my Horatio Hornblower collection. What a great afternoon that was. steamfish
