Rock song in scene 1???

Does anyone know the name and writer of the rock song played in the first scene of the film? The song he was playing on his boom box as he drove to the murder scene in the police cruiser?

Alternatively, perhaps someone knows where I can find a complete list of film credits which includes the soundtrack information? Of course, the credits listed after the movie aired on A&E were minimal.
