Money Mike should have got a one way ticket as far away from Memphis as possible.

Sadly, Money Mike had me and my boyfriend laughing.

Who was the other detective helping Sgt. Mason. He only appeared in one other episode and everytime he provides pure comic relief breaking down the suspects.

We love the Memphis episodes:)

"MONEY MIKE was very weak for a drug dealer. I must say that DET. MASON had his number and it didn't take much to get him to rollover on his "boys" I hope he has relocated since the airing of the show.

man that stuff was funny as hell. he was actin like he didnt know anything at first. that was crazy of them to make him id the dude in person and then let him off. my first thought was aww hes a dead man. why would they do that to him. half the time the detectives dont have anything on the suspects, they make them confess on there own.

THANK YOU!! Everytime we watch a show, beit Cops, TF48, etc. when the witness ID's the suspect on the street rather than in a line-up, I just want to scream "well this case is out the door - another one off on a technicality". Hey this is just NOT smart policework. Not only does this potentially put the witness in harm's way, but any half-decent defense attorney will have the ID thrown out based on the way the ID was made. That's why most of the time they use a photo lineup which includes other possible suspects/lookalikes/etc

Sgt. Mason and the other Detective was great. My only concern was that they had him to ID the other guy in person, then released him. That seems a little dangerous to me. I mean, what if the other guys that were involved has people to go after him for snitching.

I thought Det Mason was great with Money Mike. And I agree that it was just way yonder too funny when Det Armstrong told him to get up off the floor. It was a brilliant idea to make Mike think that someone had ID'd him as the driver.....and it worked !!!

Why hasn't anybody talked about Money Mike??? ;) OMG My husband and I were rolling on the ground laughing when we heard him "I am scared for my life" cry. When Lieutenant Toney Armstrong had to tell him to get off the floor and what the hell is wrong with you! It seems to me that Sgt. Caroline Mason did very very well.
