Should parole board should be disciplined when free violents offenders?

I just watched the parole documentary on A&E of the repeat violent offenders that are paroled and commit other violent sexual murderous acts. Is anyone else
outraged by this???? One of the parolees was Mr. Bomar who commited these brutal acts 4 times including murder and was paroled to do it again! What was the parole board in PA thinking? I think parole board members should be locked up for allowing these monsters to continue to prey upon society. What do you think?
